Haas F1’s Romain Grosjean is the latest online driving instructor for SAFEisFAST.com.
During his five seasons spent racing in Formula One, Grosjean has driven for Renault, Lotus and now the all-new American squad, Haas F1. In that time he has racked up ten podium finishes and 295 points.
Grosjean also enjoyed prolific success in junior single-seater racing. On his way up the motor sport career ladder he won the French Formula Renault title, Formula 3 Euroseries, and the GP2 championship.
The Frenchman made his F1 debut with the Renault team in 2009 and then went on to drive for Lotus for the 2012 to 2015 seasons, impressing throughout despite often difficult circumstances. For 2016, Grosjean opted to switch to the newly formed Haas F1 squad after he was impressed by the team’s ambitions and approach to the sport. On his debut in March, Grosjean finished in sixth place at the Australian Grand Prix and in the process helped the team become the first new constructor to score points in its first race in 14 years.
